Repair Service

Need repairs? All systems in need of a check up are to be shipped to the factory for service. You'll need to get a Return Authorization (RA) number from us (click here to get contact information). You are responsible for shipping your unit to us. Under normal circumstances, we will process your repair within 48 hours. We will cover the return shipping (2nd day - in the U.S.).
